  I founf the hotel to be well located for the downtownVancouver business district. I found the hotel room to be spacious, bright and compfortable. I had an enjoyable stay at a reasonable price.

  We had a lovely room, with corner windows giving great city views at night. The location is excellent, close to the waterfront, easy walking distance to the shops on Robson St, Canada Place and Stanley Park. Staff were friendly and helpful. We ate once in the restaurant and had an excellent meal.

  The restaurant was physically quite separate from the rest of the hotel. The public areas were limited and the lobby was comparatively small, and we would have enjoyed having somewhere to sit in the evenings, before or after dinner, to have a drink or a coffee.

  Nice view towards the ocean. Nice hotel satff. Nice location.

  1) I booked for a superior room with a king size bed. Instead we got a normal room with 2 regular size beds. This mistake was corrected by our request. 2) The prize was not the same as I was told in Booked.net. Booked.net gave me the prize in total (9 nights) and the hotel as rated per nights. All the prizes (hotels and boking.com's) didn't include taxes, which I was aware of. Still the prize at the hotel was different than I was told at the time of booking.

  The rooms were very clean, and the rooms were beautifully furnished. The beds were lovely to sleep in--great mattress/linens. You will have a good nights sleep! The rooms were quiet, and the location was great. Granville and Robson are only blocks away, and its easy to walk to nearly any downtown location.

  The front desk staff seemed unorganized, and were not knowledgeable. They did not explain the break down of prices when I checked in, or that they did a pre-authorization on your card rather than a full charge at check in. I put in some jeans for laundry service and they could not locate them the next day. I waited an entire day for these jeans, even though I had been told that they would be promptly brought to my room in the morning. I would not recommend the hotel's restaurant "Prestons". The food was bad, and the service was worse. Your money is better spent on one of the other million better restaurants Vancouver has to offer.

  I loved the modern yet warm decor. The bed and linens were very comfortable and the bathroom ammenities were nice.

  I found the uniforms of the front desk employees to be out of place - stuffy and unattractive compared to the modern stylish decor.

  Excellent downtown location, great for shops and for walks in Stanley Park. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Plenty of good places to eat nearby - would recommend "Urban Fare" on opposite corner from from of hotel.

  It was convenient to the airport. The suttle was much appreciated not only to the airport, but also to nearby attractions.

  The restrauant was poorly staffed and slow service.

  Very convenient overnight stay before cruising out of Vancouver. Within walking distance from anywhere in the city, and a modern, comfortable hotel with many amenities for a much lower price than other hotels.
